We sell pork to a variety of customers, some who process our raw material into things like cured ham and cured shoulders. We also process and sell our own products.

Cured Hams and Shoulders

Johnston County Hams is the only company offering cured hams and shoulders from our pork. Because of all the things we do to make the best raw material, these are the best-tasting hams produced in the USA.

Johnston County Hams has just started selling their first Mangalitsa hams and shoulders. They are like prosciutto: dry-cured and aged. Order the hams here and Order the shoulders here.

Speck and Lardo

Knight Salumi makes lardo from our Mangalitsa fatback. We also make our own lardo and speck (from bellies and jowls. Call 573-486-2086 to order our products.

DeBragga and Spitler sells our products in New York.

San Francisco

Wooly Pigs brand Mangalitsa is available in San Francisco. Please contact Tom Canaday at 415-648-4762 for more info.

Mail Order

DeBragga and Spitler ships our products to customers across the USA.

Currently, Foods In Season, reachable at (866) 767-2464, distributes our pork to restaurants everywhere in the USA.

Chef Shop sells our lard.

Seattle

Bill the Butcher might have our pork at their various locations.

Live Mangalitsa

Wooly Pigs sells breeding stock, neutered Mangalitsa and Mangalitsa-sired pigs. Pigs are available in the West and the Midwestern USA.
