We are at Seattle's U-District Farmers Market on Saturdays and the West Seattle Farmers Market on Sundays.
If you live in Spokane, you can find our meat at Rocket Market.
We sell Berkshire and Mangalitsa pork. If you want one or the other, make sure to ask at the time of purchase. Some of our products contain MSG or other things you might find objectionable, so please ask before you buy.
Although we'd prefer it if our products didn't contain any controversial ingredients, the law and lack of small USDA meat processors prevent us from doing things how we'd like.
Right now, all our cured products like bacon and ham are from our Berkshire hogs. That's because as we learned in Austria, you don't make the best cured products from young hogs. Due to our only recently importing the Mangalitsa, only our Berkshires are old enough to make the best cured products.
If you are interested in buying a whole pig, please call or please email us.
Saveur readers curious about our bacon (who don't live in Seattle or Spokane): please email us so that we can get back to you when we are ready to take orders online.
We'll be shipping by UPS as soon as we can. We've been too overloaded to get this working. Please contact us by email and we'll let you know when we are ready.
Please also see our policies for raising the animals, and what we do to get the highest meat quality.
Please call (253) 833-7591 if you have any questions.
We'll be selling Mangalitsa-Berkshire and Mangalitsa piglets (barrows) starting in February. The sire is Hans, a Mangalitsa boar and the dams are Berkshires. Contact us now to put down a deposit and reserve some piglets.
